Solid Waste and Recycling Survey

Victoria County wants to hear from residents about solid waste and recycling services.

We are conducting a survey to better understand how residents access information about waste collection, recycling, schedules and service updates. Your feedback will help improve communication, education and services.

The survey is open to:

  • Year-round residents

  • Seasonal residents

  • Recreational property owners

Feedback collected through the survey will help the Municipality:

  • Improve how waste and recycling information is shared

  • Identify the communication methods residents prefer

  • Better understand challenges residents experience accessing information

  • Support future decisions related to waste and recycling services


The survey will remain open until July 31, 2026.

    Victoria County is looking for feedback on how residents access information about solid waste and recycling services. Your input will help us improve how we deliver services and communicate information. 

    This survey should take approximately 5 – 10 minutes to complete.
